Find Quotes and Invoices on a Customer
See which quotes, contracts, and invoices belong to a customer or site this fiscal year, and preview a quote or invoice without leaving the page.

Quote numbers like QU-00151 do not say what the work was. On the customer or site, This fiscal year lists each quote, contract, and invoice with its work type, total, and status. The eye icon opens a print preview so you can compare documents without leaving the page.
Open the customer or site
Go to DirectoriesCustomers and open the account, then stay on Details. For one site only, open that site from DirectoriesSites (or from the customer's site list).
Read This fiscal year
The heading is This fiscal year (customer-wide) on the customer, or This fiscal year (this site) on the site. Under it are three columns: Quotes, Contracts, and Invoices. Each quote or invoice shows the number, then work type, total, and status (for example
Pond Treatment · $4,200 · Sent). Contracts show the contract name, then work type, total, season, and status. More than five rows in a column? Previous and Next page that column at five.Preview a quote or invoice
Click the eye icon next to a quote or invoice (Preview quote QU-00151 or Preview invoice INV-02031). Quote Preview or Invoice Preview opens the same printable document as the detail page. Use Previous and Next (or the left and right arrow keys) to move through that column. Open Quote or Open Invoice goes to the full page. Print / Save PDF and Close are on the preview too.
Earlier years
Passed Contracts, Quotes & Invoices is the single most recent quote, contract, and invoice from before this fiscal year — not a second paged list. The eye icon still previews that one quote or invoice.
Verify it worked
The quote number is still a link to Sales and BillingQuotes detail, and the invoice number still opens Sales and BillingInvoices detail. The preview total matches the total on the row. Closing the preview leaves you on the customer or site.
Troubleshooting

| Preview says it could not load | You may not have access to that quote (field crew quotes are scoped). Open the number as an office user. |
Frequently asked questions
Why do I only see five quotes?
Each column shows five at a time. Use Previous and Next under that column. The preview popup Previous and Next walk the whole list, not just the five on screen.
Why is there no eye icon next to a contract?
Preview is for quotes and invoices. Click the contract name to open the contract page.
Does this list every quote the customer has ever had?
This fiscal year shows documents created or closed in the current company fiscal year. Passed Contracts, Quotes & Invoices is only the most recent of each from before that year. Use Sales and Billing for the full lists.
