Set up your company profile

Enter the company name, mailing address, and time zone that appear on every invoice, quote, and customer email you send.

Updated September 3, 2026

Your company profile is the first thing to fill in, because almost everything customer-facing reads from it. The name and mailing address here appear on invoice PDFs, quote emails, and the customer portal.

  1. Open your company settings

    Go to SettingsCompany.

  2. Enter your company name and mailing address

Use the same name and address that appear on your invoices today. The field is labeled Company name. Customers recognize them on PDFs and emails, and a mismatch is a common reason a first invoice gets questioned. Company website is optional.

  3. Set your time zone

Schedules, dispatch, SMS quiet hours, and customer-facing dates use this time zone. Getting it wrong shifts every reminder your customers receive.

  4. Add your logo

Your logo brands quote PDFs, invoice PDFs, customer emails, and the customer portal.

  5. Set your fiscal year and holidays

Fiscal year starts is the month and day Sales yearly totals use. Company holidays are full-company days off — Office Ops treats them as zero crew capacity, and automations that pick the next working day skip them.

Operating States

If you work across state lines, list every state under Operating States. That list limits which sites and catalog lakes you can associate — it is not your tax setup. Taxes live under SettingsTaxes.

What to do next

Once your company profile is saved, invite your team so they can log in while you finish the rest of setup.
