Find the Right Report

Open Reports Overview, add Advanced Reporting if named reports are locked, then export or ask Soliven about the numbers on screen.

Reports subtitle is Job costs, profitability, operations, and business health. Only Admin and Office Manager see this module.

Requires the Advanced Reporting feature. If you do not see it, ask your OpsVara contact whether it is enabled for your account.

Named reports require Advanced Reporting. On Launch and Crew it is a platform add-on at $19.99/mo. Fleet and Enterprise include it. When it is purchasable, Reports shows Advanced Reporting is available on your plan with Add in Billing (company admin) or Open Billing.

  1. Start on Overview

    Open Reports. The left nav starts with Overview and Saved Reports, then groups: Financial, Operations, Customers, Workforce.

  2. Unlock named reports if they are grey

    Grey titles need the add-on. Company admin: SettingsBilling. Opening a locked report also shows Advanced Reporting Required.

  3. Pick the report that matches the question

    Use the table below. ReportsUse Tax is the filing view; enter rates first under SettingsTaxes (Taxes is on every plan).

  4. Export or ask

    Export → Download CSV (every row in the current filter, not just the page on screen) or Print / PDF. Quick prompts sit under Ask Soliven. Ask a question opens Ask Your Data — that chat uses the open report's filters. It is not the same as the Help chat (Ask a question on the SOLIVEN button).

Verify it worked

You can open the named report (no Advanced Reporting Required banner), the date filter matches the period you care about, and Download CSV returns the same columns you see on screen — with every matching row, not a sample.

Frequently asked questions

I can open Reports but every named report says Advanced Reporting Required. Is that a plan mistake?

Reports navigation is on every paid plan. The named reports (Job Costs, Use Tax, and the rest) need the Advanced Reporting add-on — $19.99/mo on Launch and Crew, included on Fleet and Enterprise. Add it from Settings → Billing.

Does Chemical & Inventory Usage show what we billed the customer?

No. It aggregates usage by product, site, and season (quantity, cost, trend). Billed chemical lines live on the invoice. Use Tax uses what you paid for the product, applied at the job site — set rates under Settings → Taxes.
