What your crews do in the field, from arrival to sign-off.
The field app is Operator mode. Customer mode is the portal. Sign in on the matching tab: Forgot Password? on Operator opens the staff page Reset your password (/forgot-password); on Customer it opens the portal reset. Start with Complete a Visit. New to a site? Your First Visit to a Site is what to capture on arrival — the whole-site photo, the equipment, the notes — before the wizard. - Your First Visit to a SiteThe first time you work a site, leave the next tech a whole-site photo, every unit on the equipment list, and notes the office can keep — then run the visit wizard through to Complete & Check Out.
- See Your Pay in the AppOpen My Pay on your profile to see each pay period's estimate or approved statement, every line behind it, and when it was paid.
