Quotes & Estimates
Build quotes, offer options, collect signatures, and turn a yes into work.
Product copy says Quote everywhere. Statuses you will see: Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined, Expired, and Void.
Start with Send a Quote. The quotes list uses the same Filter and Share a List band as invoices (Status, Sent dates, Valid until, Sort).
To quote a whole book at once, run a quote campaign. If what you send each spring is a sign-up packet with a respond-by date, printed copies for customers without email, and one signature for the agreement and any permit, run a season sign-up and read what customers see.
- Send a QuoteBuild a draft quote from your price book, send it to the customer, and record a yes from the portal or the phone.
- Run a Quote CampaignSend one priced quote to every customer in a batch — renew last season's book with an increase, or quote a new service to a segment — with a review and a pre-send checklist before anything goes out.
- Run an Estimate VisitSend a crew member to look at the work, build the priced quote on site, and get it approved — by link, on the tech's device, or recorded by the office.
- Quote and Invoice an Equipment RepairOne repair from approved quote to invoice. The job carries what was sold, the tech confirms the quoted parts, stock moves at checkout, and the invoice bills the signed prices plus any extras.Pool MaintenanceLawn Care
- Run a Season Sign-UpSend every customer this year's program with a respond-by date, print packets for the ones without email, remind the rest, key the paper forms that come back, and track it all on the Sign-Up Board.
- Season Sign-Up: What Customers SeeThe one page your customers get from a season sign-up campaign - by email, text, or printed packet - from the program and prices to the one signature that signs the agreement and any permit.
- Price a Renewal Campaign From Last SeasonCarry last season's per-site prices into a quote campaign, set the increase and rounding for the batch, correct for customers who signed up late, and read each site's history before you approve.
- Visualize an Upgrade on a Customer's SiteRender a customer's own site photo with an upgrade you sell — a fountain, a dye program, a clean pool, a thick lawn — and attach it to the quote line they can accept.
- Set Invoice Options on a Quote CampaignChoose when the contracts from a quote campaign create invoices, and understand which template the schedule comes from when you have more than one.
- Edit a Quote Campaign Before It SendsChange a campaign you have already built — what you can fix without touching the staged prices, and what forces a rebuild.
