Customer Portal
Invites, approvals, online payments, and what customers can see.
Portal users are people who log in at /portal/login. They are independent of Contacts on the customer record — same person, different person, or no portal user at all are all valid.
Invite customers to the portal covers the office path. Quotes can still be signed from an emailed link without a portal login.
