Send Feedback From the App
Report a bug, share an idea, or flag a security concern to the OpsVara team from your phone, with screenshots, and read our replies under My Feedback.
Updated October 20, 2026
Tell the OpsVara team when something in the app is broken, confusing, or missing. Your report lands with us with your phone's details already attached, and our replies come back to My Feedback in the app.
This is not Report Issue
Send Feedback goes to OpsVara, the people who make the app. A problem at a customer's site, such as a pump, a leak, or a gate code, goes to your office with Report Issue on the job.
Send feedback
Open Send Feedback
Tap your initials at the top right of any tab to open Profile, then tap Send Feedback.
If a visit shows a red Needs attention box with something you think is wrong, tap Think this is a bug? Report it under the message. That opens the same form with the error, the visit step, and the job already filled in.
Pick what it is
Choose Something's Broken, Idea, Security, or Other. The prompt in the message box changes to match.
Describe it
For a bug, say what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. The more exact you are, the faster we can fix it. Don't include passwords.
Add screenshots (optional)
Tap Library to attach a screenshot, or Camera to take a photo, up to 3. Tap the red x on a thumbnail to remove it. Take a screenshot with your phone's buttons first, then attach it from Library.
Check what's included, then send
Included automatically lists the details the app adds for you: the app version, your phone model and system version, the screen you came from, the job number, whether you had signal, and the error message when there was one. Tap Send.
If sending fails, the app says Could not send. Check your connection and tap Send again. Your message and photos stay on the screen.
Read replies
Tap Profile → My Feedback. Each report shows its type, the date, its status, and how many replies OpsVara has sent. Tap a report to read the conversation, type in Reply to OpsVara, and tap the send button. Pull down to refresh.
A Closed report takes no more replies. Send new feedback to start another conversation. Office users see the same reports on the web under SettingsCustomer Support.
Verify it worked
- After Send, the app shows Thanks, it's sent. Tap See My Feedback and your report is at the top of the list.
- When OpsVara replies, the reply appears under that report in My Feedback.

Frequently asked questions
Does my office see what I send?
No. Send Feedback goes to the OpsVara team, not your company's office. For a problem at a customer's site (a broken pump, a leak, a locked gate), use Report Issue on the job instead, which goes to your office.
What does the app send besides my message?
Only what is listed under Included automatically before you tap Send. That is the app version, your phone model and its iOS or Android version, the screen you came from, the job number if you came from a visit, whether you had signal, and the error message if you came from one. Nothing else on your phone is read.
I have no signal. Will it send later?
No. Send needs a connection. If it fails, your message and photos stay on the screen. Tap Send again once you have signal.
Where do I see the answer?
Profile → My Feedback on the phone, or Settings → Customer Support on the web. Both show the same tickets and replies, and you can reply from either.
