The rules that draft invoices, send reminders, and flag exceptions for you.
Configure them under SettingsAutomations. The one that usually pays for itself first is Automatically Send Draft Invoices. If you have the Sales Pipeline add-on, Automated Quote and Lead Follow-Ups chases every unsigned quote for you.
- Automatically Send Draft InvoicesEmail (and optionally text) draft invoices after they sit for a set number of hours, per work type.
- Automated Quote and Lead Follow-UpsFollow up on every sent, unsigned quote and every new lead automatically, as a note from the rep, until the customer signs, replies, or is quoted.
